π Exciting News for 2026: Unicorn Preparatory Launches Its Own Aftercare Facility! π
Unicorn Preparatory School is proud to announce an important and much-anticipated addition to our school community, the launch of our very own Aftercare Facility, opening on 1 February 2026.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to supporting our families and providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for our pupils beyond the school day.
We are delighted to share that the Aftercare Facility will be led and managed by Mrs Ina van der Schyff, a highly experienced professional in the field of aftercare education. Mrs van der Schyff currently manages the well-established Tzaneen Naskool Sentrum and brings with her a wealth of knowledge, proven systems, and a deep understanding of childrenβs needs after school hours. We are excited to welcome her expertise into the Unicorn family.
Mrs van der Schyff will be fully responsible for the administration, payments, and day-to-day operations of the aftercare programme, while working closely with Unicorn Preparatory School to ensure a smooth, well-aligned experience for both pupils and parents.
The Aftercare Programme will initially operate from the Pavilion, providing a comfortable and familiar space for learners. As demand increases, we are pleased to confirm that plans are already in place to develop a dedicated Aftercare Centre on our campus, further enhancing the service in the future.
